Microfluidic Chip Solutions

Microfluidic chips are devices used for microfluidic research, in which microchannels have been molded or patterned. The microchannels forming the microfluidic chip are connected to allow fluid to pass through. The inner diameter of these channels is usually 5 to 500 µm, and the microchannel network must be specifically designed for the application and analysis to be performed, such as cell culture, organs on a chip, DNA analysis, lab-on-chip, etc. The use of microfluidic equipment can reduce sample/reagent consumption, increase automation functions, as well as minimize analysis time.

Based on the many advantages of microfluidic devices, Alfa Chemistry provides our customers with a variety of microfluidic chip solutions to support various aspects of research, which are allowed to be used in many fields, such as medicine, biology, chemistry, and physics.

Our Microfluidic Chips

Our Microfluidic Chips

We have decades of experience in the field of microfluidic chip development and have produced hundreds of microfluidic chips for you to choose from. According to different functions, our chips are roughly divided into standard microfluidic chips and microfluidic customized chips. In the standard chip, we divide it into PDMS chip, Y-type chip, and channel chip. The customized chip is based on the conventional microfluidic chip and is independently developed by our fluid control experts. You can either choose our existing chips, or you can redesign and customize microfluidic chips according to your needs (including chip materials, specifications, etc).

Chip R&D Service for Cancer Treatment

The high mortality and high incidence of cancer have highlighted the need for more effective treatments. Alfa Chemistry's team of scientists can formulate the best strategies and plans for the research of tumor treatment microfluidic chips. We use advanced microfluidic technology and tissue engineering technology to design physiological relevance into MPS to simulate the important functions of almost any human tissue or organ in the corresponding micro-scale configuration. Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) is commonly used to manufacture microfluidic devices for biomedical purposes.
