Analysis and Detection Chips

Microfluidic chips have become the first choice for scientists due to their high reaction efficiency, high analysis and screening throughput, and complex operation and processing characteristics suitable for ultra-micro samples. The microfluidic analysis and detection chip is a unique chip developed according to different experiments and applications.

Alfa Chemistry can develop microfluidic analysis and detection chips for you, including anion and cation concentration chips, PCR chips, small molecule detection chips, and capillary electrophoresis chips. Our chips are widely used in drug research, molecular biology research, immunology research, enzyme catalysis research, etc. You can choose the required microfluidic chip according to different needs, of course, we can also customize microfluidic chips according to your needs.

About Alfa Chemistry's Analysis and Detection Chips

  • Anion and Cation Concentration Chip

The chip integrates multiple power units, which can be used to detect trace anions and cations on the small chip. Its characteristic is that it can concentrate trace anions and cations. The detection principle is based on the one-to-one color reaction between ions and molecules.

The microfluidic analysis and detection PMMA chip we provide is equipped with an electroosmotic pump, which can drive the microfluid to flow uniformly at a lower voltage. The chip integrates an ion concentration unit. Through ion exchange, the concentration of anions and cations can reach 100-1000 times, thereby increasing the detection limit and detection sensitivity.

Analysis and Detection Chips

  • PCR Chip

According to structural differences, microfluidic PCR chips can be divided into static PCR and dynamic PCR, or microcavity PCR and continuous flow PCR. The PCR chips we can provide include: micro-pool type PCR chips, serpentine channel PCR chips, spiral channel PCR chips, oscillating PCR chips, closed-loop PCR chips, etc.

We also provide related technical support and other services. Our methods for the detection and analysis of chip PCR products include capillary electrophoresis, fluorescence detection, electrochemical methods, and DNA hybridization microarrays.

  • Small Molecule Detection Chip

The microfluidic chip for the detection of small molecules is an electrochemical chip detector that can realize the multivariate analysis of a variety of small molecules. This method uses a three-electrode system array integrated on a chip. The chip detector has simple operation, high sensitivity and high selectivity. At the same time, it can be used to design high-throughput, highly automated and highly integrated electrochemical devices for multivariate analysis.

Analysis and Detection Chips

  • Capillary Electrophoresis Chip

Chip capillary electrophoresis technology performs conventional capillary electrophoresis operations on the chip, using glass, quartz or various polymer materials to process micrometer-scale channels, and using high-voltage DC electric fields as driving forces to extract, separate and detect samples. Compared with the conventional capillary electrophoresis system, the chip capillary electrophoresis system also has the advantages of short separation time, high separation efficiency, small system volume, and easy integration of different operating units. The above advantages make it one of the important methods for protein separation and analysis.
